Covering formal, state-led measures and non-formal, civil society-led measures, this guidance promotes transitional justice processes that are planned, funded and implemented in ways that enable the agency of people impacted by past violations.

Couvrant les mesures formelles prises par l'État et les mesures non formelles prises par la société civile, ce guide encourage les processus de justice transitionnelle qui sont planifiés, financés et mis en œuvre de manière à permettre aux personnes touchées par les violations du passé d'agir.
